Sibak John Billings

Sibak John Billings is a third generation black-belt in Kajukenbo, having began his study of Kajukenbo in 1981. He received his ranking from Grandmaster Dann Baker in 1987, and currently trains under Sifu Tony Morel. He has studied other complementary styles such as Kodokan Judo, Kali, and Arnis.

Mr. Billings has competed in Texas, and was consistently ranked in the top three in the state. He is also a commissioned officer in the Air Force, and served during desert Storm/Desert Shield in 1990.

Mr. Billings has a good deal of teaching experience, having trained students from age 4 to age 60+. In college, he minored in Physical Education, with an emphasis on kinesiology and body mechanics. He has held numerous self-defense seminars, for both men and women. His unique ability to take everyday examples and use them as teaching aids allow him to convey information and techniques in a practical, applicable way.
