Boot Camp for Women Only
6 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays,
September 1st through October 27th

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Boxing and kickboxing are great ways to let out stress and aggression while burning calories and building strength. Our Summer Boot Camp has been specially designed for women who have considered joining a boxing or kickboxing program, but have felt hesitant to dive into an established class. We will build a great fitness foundation, so that by the end of the 8-week program you will be ready to join one of our regular classes. Group size will be small so we can modify the exercises to meet your needs and provide alot of one-on-one attention. Our school is a friendly and safe environment where you can focus on your workout, not on what you are wearing or how you look.
