Women's Boxing

Beginner and intermediate boxing without the "high-testosterone" atmosphere of regular boxing gyms!

  • Lose weight, build stamina, strengthen and tone your entire body while learning to defend yourself.
  • Work out aggressions, release stress and feel relaxed afterwards.
  • Experience a safe, all-women class environment with group and one-on-one instruction.

Our high-intensity workout helps develop stamina, strength, balance, hand/eye coordination and confidence.

Because we focus on proper technique and use the same drills used by competitive boxers, you'll not only strengthen and tone your body, but you'll also learn basic fighting skills.

The training includes jumping rope, shadow boxing, punching the heavy bag, speed bag, partner drills, light weights and stretching.

Private classes available. www.AustinBoxingBabes.com
