Be part of the dojo’s NEW running group. To kickoff the program we’re doing a marathon challenge. Starting Thursday, February 6, let’s run together a marathon distance (26.2 miles) in one month. That’s only 3/4 mile per day! It’s as easy as:
1. Log your own running/walking miles between Thursday, February 6 and Saturday, March 8.
2. Accumulate the miles on your own or come to the running group sessions (see below).
3. Membership for the running group, which includes the marathon challenge, is $10/mo.
for YKS/ABB students; others $20. Participants who want to take on the marathon challenge will receive a Finisher T-shirt (100 % cotton).
Running Group Sessions – Starting Thursday, February 6, Meet at the Dojo
Thursdays 8am – 8:45 a.m.
Saturdays 9am – 9:45 a.m.
