Saturday Workouts at the Dojo

Join us every Saturday from 9 am to noon for a fun & challenging workout.

The first hour includes warming up, conditioning, and learning basic self-defense. During the second hour students learn more specific kickboxing and boxing techniques, and Kajukenbo. This is a great way to start the weekend and try our programs!
