Fitness Kickboxing Classes

If you’re looking for kickboxing class that is more than just a workout class, you’ve come to the right place. We offer hour long kickboxing classes that train your striking skills and your body movement. 

 

Beginners are always welcome here. Your instructor will put you through a mixture of drills, bag work, and light sparring drills. We train you to have proper technique so you’re hitting the bag safely and confidently. Check out our videos to see what it’s all about and sign up for a free trial class.

 

Kaju Strong Kickboxing vs. Kickboxing

If you’re in for more of a conditioning challenge, try our Kaju Strong Kickboxing classes. Our regular kickboxing is more technique and sparring based while the Kaju Strong program is about providing an exhausting workout. We put you through a circuit of core exercises, bag work, weights, and more. Kaju Strong Kickboxing is a great fitness addition to our Kajukenbo program.

 

Many students take Kaju Strong and regular kickboxing back to back for a full hour and a half workout that mixes technique with high intensity interval training (HIIT). See our schedule for more information about times.

Tuesday: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Thursday: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
